Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of TCalculator, also listed as
All-in-One Calculator (package name com.codesapp.calculator),
collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the app.
The app does not require an account. Calculation values and personal entries are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or back them up.
1. Information You Enter
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
- Calculation history, expressions, results, notes, and locked-history status.
- App settings, favorites, number formats, themes, and default currency.
- Course and GPA entries, anniversaries, and saved world-clock cities.
- Cycle dates, cycle settings, reminder preferences, and related notes.
- Values entered into health, finance, loan, savings, fuel, date, and conversion tools.
We do not upload these entries to our servers. When you export a loan schedule or create a backup, Android lets you choose where to save the file. Any exported file is then controlled by you and by the storage provider you select.
2. Technical, Usage, and Diagnostic Information
If Firebase is enabled in the installed build, the app may process:
- Basic app interaction events, such as opening the app or viewing a calculator screen.
- App version, device model, operating-system version, language, and general device information.
- Crash reports, stack traces, performance and diagnostic information.
- Installation identifiers and approximate location derived from network information, where provided by the service.
Analytics events identify app screens and features; they are not designed to include calculation values, health entries, cycle entries, notes, or backup contents.
3. Currency-Rate Requests
When you refresh currency rates, the app requests current exchange-rate data from the Frankfurter API. The amount you enter for conversion is calculated on your device and is not included in that request. The API operator may receive standard network information such as your IP address, request time, and user-agent information.
4. Consent and Advertising
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store privacy choices where required. The current Google Play build has advertising disabled and removes Android advertising-ID permissions. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before that version is released, and advertising will only be initialized when the applicable consent requirements allow it.
5. Device Permissions
- Internet: used for currency-rate updates and configured cloud services.
- Notifications: optional, used only for cycle reminders you enable.
- Wake lock and start after reboot: used to deliver enabled reminders reliably and restore their schedule after a device restart.
You can disable notification permission at any time in Android system settings.
6. How We Use Information
Information is used only to:
- Provide calculations, conversions, reminders, backup, restore, and personalization features.
- Retrieve current currency rates.
- Understand which app screens are used and improve app reliability.
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- Load operational configuration for the app.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Service Providers
The app may use the following service providers, which process data under their own terms:
-
Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
Firebase Privacy and Security -
Google User Messaging Platform — privacy and consent choices.
Google Privacy Policy -
Frankfurter API — current currency exchange rates.
Frankfurter website
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the integrity of the app.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Locally stored app data remains on your device until you remove it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.
- Exported backups and CSV files remain wherever you chose to save them until you delete them.
- Technical and diagnostic data handled by service providers is retained according to their policies and our configured retention settings.
Because the app does not create user accounts, there is no account-deletion process. You may contact us to request deletion of personal data under our control. Some anonymous or pseudonymous technical data may not be reasonably linkable to you.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Local data is stored in the app's private Android storage, and Android backup is disabled for the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where possible.
11. International Data Processing
Service providers may process technical information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data.
- Manage notifications through Android settings.
- Manage available privacy choices through the consent interface shown by the app.
- Delete local information by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
- Contact us regarding privacy questions or applicable data rights.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable law, or our data practices change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or its store listing when appropriate.
